Pang Battle

From pangya.wiki

Pang Battle is a game mode in Pangya where the goal of the game is to put Pang on the line and defeat your opponents to get their Pang. It falls under the "Battle" category and can only be played as a 2-player game or a 4-player game.

Gameplay

In Pang Battle, all players in the game place their total Pang on the line for each hole. The player who has a lower score for a hole will win the Pang from the other players that is on the line. In the event that more than one player has the best score, no Pang is loss for the hole and the amount of Pang on the line is brought over to the next hole, doubling the amount (maximum is 8x the amount) for each subsequent hole that is not won by a player.

Pang Battle can be played with 6, 9, or 18 holes. Players will continuously take shots until all holes are cleared. Each hole is played like as a Match game, which means the player who takes the fewest shots to get the Comet into the cup wins the hole.

During the final hole of the game, if no one wins the final hole of the game, players will play an extra Approach round in which they will shoot their Comet to as close to cup as possible but not land in it. The player whose Comet is closest to cup will win the Pang on the line from the previous hole.

For each shot, the wind power may change (but not the wind angle). That means it is entirely possible for players to have a completely different wind power than other players during a shot.

At the end of the Pang Battle game, 5% of the Pang earned from Pang Battle (not the Pang earned from normal play) is deducted as a fee.

For every 5 Pang Battle games successfully completed, a 1,000 bonus Pang Pouch is earned after finishing the 5th game. For each Pang Battle game, a Pang coin will light up at the start and will reset once all 5 have been lit up.

The total amount of Pang won or lost from Pang Battle is shown on a player's profile.

Notes

  • No EXP is earned from playing Pang Battle mode.
