eCard Exchange Event
This is what you have been waiting for! The new eCard Exchange Event!
Have an eCard item for a character you didn’t want it for, or a character you don’t even have?! Let’s change that. We’re going to allow you to swap it out for your preferred character’s rare.
Hold on, though! There are some guidelines in order for you to be able to exchange your item. Please read the requirements carefully and follow the proper procedures in order to ensure a smooth transaction.
Event Period: June 23 – July 6, 2008
Requirements:
•You must be Junior Rank or above.
•You must have at least 50,000 Pang in your inventory. (It will be removed from your account during the exchange as a swap fee.)
•You may only swap one eCard rare during the event per account.
•You can only switch the eCard rare for an eCard rare of the same kind. For example, you can swap Kaz’s Elf Ears for Uncle Bob’s Elf Ears, but you can not switch Kaz’s Elf Ears for Kooh’s SSAF Uniform.
•You must submit your swap request DURING the event, which is from June 23 – July 6, 2008
Procedure:
You will have to send a Help Desk submission with the specific subject heading of “eCard Swap (we will reject any swap requests that do not have this as the subject heading). Inside the Help Desk we need you to inform us of which eCard rare you have for which character, and which character you’d like us to swap it for.
If you do not meet all these requirements, your request will be denied. If you have any questions, please contact us through the Help Desk.
